Q. How Do I Join Harry and Her Rewards Program?
A. Simply create a customer account with us, and you’ll automatically be part of our loyalty program. Or, you can join using the "Harry & Her Rewards" widget at the bottom of our website.
Q. How Do I Earn Loyalty Points?
A. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent online or in-store. You’ll also receive an email with your updated points balance after each purchase. There are additional ways to earn points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including actions like following us on Instagram and referring friends.
Q. How Do I Check My Loyalty Points Balance and Redeem Rewards?
A. To check your balance and redeem rewards, click on "Harry & Her Rewards" on our website. You'll also get an email after each purchase with your updated points. You can redeem rewards through your loyalty profile.
Q. How Do I Use My Rewards?
A. When you’ve earned enough points to unlock a reward, you’ll receive a unique reward coupon. During checkout, simply copy and paste your coupon code into the Discount bar. You can also use your reward in-store by showing the code to one of our staff members.
